The female is a combination of various Star Trek Voyager alien designs combined into one. There's some Klingon, T-laxian, and Hirogian elements on her.
The King is what i could get done in about 2hrs. Its based on King Balor from HellBoy 2.

The subject matter in my artwork has always been conceptual machinery (robots, bikes, cars, spaceships, and so on).
